Not a good place to live Absolutely horrible, animals live in the attic, they never repair anything even after countless phone calls, fleas cover the carpets, AC units never cool the apartment and the people at the rental office are rude and mean.
do not live here I lived in a two bedroom townhouse for one year. The only nice thing about it was the view. Everything else was horrible. They had to come out and "fix" the ac at least once a mounth. There are no washer or driers in any unit. There were never enough washers or driers at there laudry, you always had to wait. Great service They are very good here at fixing things. If you have a problem they are right there to fix it. I am so happy with the services provided to me in this development.
Carlton Arms Carlton Arms offer a big variety of floor plans and apartment-townhomes to choose from. The location is close to 75 but not hectic like the city. Although the apartments are older they are well maintained. The only dissadvantage to these apartments is the fact that it is a little drive to get into town and also no w/d in most units.
Comfortable I have loved living at Carlton Arms of Bradenton! I've been here for over five years and feel so comfortable and it feels like home. It is quiet and peaceful.
Very nice I have been at Carlton Arms so long because of how comfortable I feel here. What I like the most is the fact that it is a very quiet community.
Riverfront Happiness I currently live in Carlton Arms, and my family loves it here. The river is beautiful, and we have great neighbors. I have a preschooler and an infant, and I agree, the carpets are VERY easily stained (we've tried everything except hire out Stanley Steamer... I think it's actually spelled with two "E's but it wouldn't let me submit it that way.)
