RecommendedHuge shoutout to Carlson HVAC for getting our new AC unit replaced quickly and reasonably priced. I text them after hours when our AC stopped working, they came out the next day to check it out, and were out the day after that and installed a whole new unit as ours was super old and needed replaced.
WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE HERE AGAIN. THE KID IS A THIEF!!! BEWARE!
Was very pleased that he was able to get our furnace fan going after someone else told us it needed to be replaced! Great customer service. They even called the next day to make sure it was working ok.
The service is excellent and the technician was very polite. Very satisfied.. Would recommend to everyone.
Here is how they treat regular customers. In the past I only used them. Now when I really need them, they only care if I have THEIR Warenty. They want to GOUGE ME on a higher rate. My furnace stopped working today 11/25. No one from the main office will even talk to me. I spent almost ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS with them. DONT TRUST THEM.
