We've been customers since 2005 and have had 3 rings customized/created here. They have always done beautiful work in a quick amount of time for a great price. I will be returning there for many years to come and I can't wait to have more breathtaking pieces created!
I've been going to Carlson's for years and I am always delighted with their service and quality of work. I would highly recommend going there for any repairs, and especially for custom made pieces. I had my wedding set and forever bracelets made there and I get compliments on them all the time for how unique and beautiful they are!
Can count on them...NOT The service is extremely slow. 8 weeks to resize a ring. Three months to set a diamond. The quality of work was mediocre at best. I had a diamond set in a pipe cut band and resized. They set the diamond in the wrong place on the engraved band which can not be fixed due to damage to engraving and changed the pipe cut band to a domed band without consulting me.
