I just experienced another awesome visit with Carlsons Auto Repair!! Customer service, repairs and pricing are second to none.
New OEM lower control arms/lower ball joints and inner/outer tie rods installed on my very nice and very straight Acura TL. After three, (yes three) alignment attempts at the local dealership, tire retailer and independent shop, nobody could seem to get the steering wheel straight or get the car to drive straight without pulling and drifting. Carlson's was able to get the steering wheel straight again and the car once again drives straight without any pulling or drifting on their first attempt. Enough said. Thank you!!
“The receptionist was very rude when I wanted to make the appointment. She was arrogant and they need to keep the vehicle for an entire day just for alignment. The only good part was the price.
They took care of my Ford e450 RV's needed front end work and the ride home was absolutely perfect and more than I had expected. Not only superior work but they're nice, polite and fair with pricing and assessment of needed repairs. I was referred to the shop and I'm glad it happened. Conservatively speaking, they're the best.
Very professional. My estimate was what I paid. And the time frame they gave me was right on . And no upsell which is very rare! Five stars I would recommend this place
