I needed to get an architect drawing for permit approval of a 500 sq ft residential addition through Marion County. I was told it would run $1500.00 to $3000.00. I paid a $500.00 retainer which seemed inline with the pricing they estimated. This was a very simple project that should have taken no more than a few hours to complete.
