I dropped off my taxes at the end of March. A couple weeks later I got a phone call that there was health issues and they filed an extension and it would be done in a few days. Ive left multiple messages and emails. The only reason im writing a review is because I saw someone did about a month ago and they responded. I just need to know if I should take my taxes elsewhere.
I dropped my taxes off in January and still haven’t gotten them back. They don’t answer their phone and their message box is full
Did not respond to my widowed mother for 2 months despite calling and leaving messages everyday. Will never use them again.
