Platinum Towing is not recommended for snowy 4WD rescue on a remote road. In fact, not recommended at all! We got their number from AAA. They sent a young guy with a big flatbed out for a snowy 4WD road. He wasn’t properly prepared and had no idea how to help us out. He called the owner who said he could get their “buggy” and come out later. The young man said he would take us to the shop but dropped us off at a small remote store. Dylan was excellent. I can't speak to cost because I used them via AAA, but the service was fast and professional
Jake was great! My car was towed to my home less than an hour after I made the call. Jake was very friendly and unloaded the car precisely where I asked him to in the narrow side driveway space. Thank you, Jake!
