Whatever you do, don't let the insurance company talk you into sending these guys over. the insurance company wants to send these people over because they will down play your damage. For instance vanity was damaged by water and they told insurance company they can cut a hold in my vanity and stick a new piece of wood in it. Really? I'd like to see them do that in their house when it's damaged. THIS COMPANY IS WORKING FOR INSURANCE, NOT YOU!!!
They were prompt in their response to our home, and we believe noticed it was a smaller job (after a burst pipe) so we did not end up working with them. We had some issues with stained carpet when their employees tracked in dirt, and we received a dismissive response when dialoguing with the owner. Other than that, they seem reputable.
Carlson Restoration did a great job restoring our garage and laundry room after we had water damage! I would highly recommend them. They worked to get our restoration completed as quickly as possible and Tristen was amazing at keeping us informed. Thank you!
