My Wife, 4 kids and I are survivors of the 2024 Elkhorn EF4 tornado. Our house was destroyed and we dealt with Carlson Restoration when restoring our house. It took them way past deadline to get completed because they kept putting us on the back burner. Did not prep my flooring this causing me major problems Atwood years later. I highly recommend you do NOT hire this company.

You have a female van driver who drives like a bat out of hell down the interstate. I lost track, counting the number of people she almost hit including me. Tailgating absolutely everyone in front of her and leaving no room for these people to maneuver. You should really get rid of her before she kills someone.She is a liability.

Not happy with their service. Performed work at my house. I had some buckling in the flooring from “improper installation.” Tried working with Carlson Restoration, they are claiming that it is out of warranty. Not only are they overpriced but they will not stand by their work. I highly recommend you look into other options for repair.
