Did not prep my flooring thus causing me major problems just two years later. I highly recommend you do NOT hire this company. There is NO situation available because you went to the flooring company and discussed this with them. They will not repair your flooring work. As for the warranty you should have completed the work promised and pay for.

My Wife, 4 kids and I are survivors of the 2024 Elkhorn EF4 tornado. Our house was destroyed and we dealt with Carlson Restoration when restoring our house. It took them way past deadline to get completed because they kept putting us on the back burner. We showed up on move-in day last July with a crew of movers and 2 trucks, just to be told the house wasn’t ready as it had failed another inspection. You have a female van driver who drives like a bat out of hell down the interstate. I lost track, counting the number of people she almost hit including me. Tailgating absolutely everyone in front of her and leaving no room for these people to maneuver. You should really get rid of her before she kills someone.She is a liability.
