I stumbled upon Carlson Realty by accident but I'm so, so, SO glad I did. I reached out about a listing they had posted which was no longer available, but regardless, Erik got back to me super quick and asked what I was looking for and how he could be of help. I am moving to Chicago from Kentucky on a very tight timeframe so I sent him a list of my must-haves and budget and he got back to me quickly with options that were all exactly what I asked for. Erik not only helped us find the apartment that we both fell in love with, but he showed us so many different places and drove us to all of them. Prior to the showings, he had showed us many different links of possible places and ensured that all of our needs were met. Amazing person to work with!

I had the pleasure of working directly with the managing broker, Erik Carlson. Very responsive and helped me land the deal on my current lease. Professional, easy to work with, and even went out of his way to schedule a time in the later evening that was outside the normal showing times. If/when I look for another apartment or decide to buy later on, I’ll be looking to reconnect with him again.

My boyfriend and I were moving to Chicago and used this reality service and we had an extraordinary time! It was super helpful and we signed our new apartment on our trip! 10/10 recommend :)
