Call someone else!!! They dont know what theyre doing when it comes to replacing a well pump...obviously, I didnt know what I was doing letting them try after they told me it was a simple procedure. Their pit pipe broke which left my entire well pipe/pump plummeting down my well until the only thing holding it from the bottom was the safety string. They blamed it on an "alleged" obstruction in my well that wouldnt allow them to pull my pump up which in turn broke the pipe. But after another company investigated and fixed the... read more
If they break something while uninstalling something, then you will have to pay for it.Installed a brand-new toilet and it isnt working right after four days.With scheduling, they seem to care more about their plumbers than the customers.
