Most unpredictable management company out there. Staff has different rules every time you call depending on who they choose to favor. Always on vacation when you need answers about your rental application. Maintace is terrible because they don't pay their contractors on time. Management is thousands of miles from actual property they manage and extra people looking to live in these properties have made their way into these places rent free. HORRIBLE experience! NEVER rent from this company. The house will be inhabitable, you will not get repairs...even if it is the heater in the middle of the winter! Also, you will be charged ridiculous charges and taken from your security deposit!!!!
