At first they seemed like nice people and a good place to go but i was wrong. I received dentures from here and am not happy with the way i was treated or the dentures that don't fit.I have been back few times to fit my dentures and they want to grind on them when i exsplained thatr they dont fit correctly which grinding on them will not help cause they are to big. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. My appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Their inability to work with you on a cash basis is rude and unprofessional. they have a 12 year old representing herself as the office manager who has no idea what she is doing. I would steer clear if I were you.

Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time.

Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.
