Have had 6 surgeries performed by Dr. Carlson to correct several problems stemming from a severe wrist and hand injury. Each one was very sucessful and has eleviated much pain. I had been to several doctors before him and Dr Carlson was one of only two doctors to make the correct diagnosis. In my opinion Dr. Carlson is one of the best. Should have picked another Doctor. Had a broken ankle and he put a plate a screws near the bone. First he told me it would be biodegradable but only the string to seal the wound was because the plate and screws are real metal. Two of the screws are down far enough so it feels like my ankle bone has a huge bump in it, so now I have to go through surgery again and stay on crutches for a month just to get it corrected.
