Around 7 am I reversed into the garage door, which dented the bottom panel and caused the bottom roller to completely come out of the track. Let me just say I called 12 businesses listed on google - both the big companies and small family owned. It’s no surprise that the big companies were trying to upsell me to make a profit, but I was definitely upset when other small businesses in my area with great reviews were trying to convince me that I needed the whole garage door to be replaced and quoting me anywhere from $800-2k. ... read more
Reached out as my spring and opener broke over the weekend. Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt to get my garage door back in working order. Prices were very reasonable as well. Highly recommend.
One of the cables connecting the spring to a bottom corner of the garage door broke. Called Kevin late in the afternoon. He was at our home by 11:30am the next day. It was +8 degrees F. He inspected everything and confirmed the cable was all that needed replacing. Like springs, if you must replace one cable, you should replace both, and that's just what he did. Kevin is a very nice guy. My garage door torsion spring snapped, and he gave me a same-day appointment. He fixed it within an hour at a very reasonable price. Excellent work . I definitely recommend him to anyone
Our garage door spring broke the night before we were headed out of town and Kevin offered to stop by early in the morning on short notice and replace the springs before we needed to leave. We really appreciated the responsive, reasonably priced, and fast service!
