One of the cables connecting the spring to a bottom corner of the garage door broke. Called Kevin late in the afternoon. He was at our home by 11:30am the next day. It was +8 degrees F. He inspected everything and confirmed the cable was all that needed replacing. Like springs, if you must replace one cable, you should replace both, and that's just what he did. Kevin is a very nice guy. My garage door torsion spring snapped, and he gave me a same-day appointment. He fixed it within an hour at a very reasonable price. Excellent work . I definitely recommend him to anyone
Our garage door spring broke the night before we were headed out of town and Kevin offered to stop by early in the morning on short notice and replace the springs before we needed to leave. We really appreciated the responsive, reasonably priced, and fast service!
Update: I prefaced my review saying it was super late but felt I should still share so that quoting practices could be improved. Emails go unread all the time.
