Roof still leak after puncturing nails outside of shingles, called to correct it, lied that they aren't Carlson Enterprises even I asked if they are in the beginning if the call and they said yes Duh rated zero
I bought a house where this contractor installed a torch down roof 3.5 years ago. This is the most horrible job that you could imagine. I've had 4-5 leaks & it's apparent from the patching that the former owner also had leaks. Some of the patches have started to come up. Instead of one long strip, the roofer used sections of material that required extra seams.
Report on WESH in Orlando claims they take money and then disappear. Buyer beware.
Run! Not sure how businesses like this stay open. I hope they will turn things around or close. Carlson, start caring about people. Go back to all those who you did wrong, apologize, and do something nice and unexpected for them. Don’t demonize people you did wrong. Acknowledge your wrong doing, tell us what you’re doing to turn things around and then ask people for an opportunity to show you’ve fixed your business.
