I went to Dr Carlson a few years ago. I was having excruciating foot pain. He suggested orthotics and had them made for me. When they arrived, the orthotic cut into my arch. He told me to wear them and see if it got better. It didn’t and from just trying them, I developed a sore on my arch. When I returned to see the doctor, he told me to go to a store in Kennewick to get over the counter orthotics. No refund and the lack of care was a big shock!

Dr Carlson and his Staff are the sweetest and their office is delightful. Very professional staff and each is most kind and caring. I highly recommend Dr Carlson, he simply is the best!!
