Receptionist is so rude just wanted to get out.
I went to Dr Carlson a few years ago. I was having excruciating foot pain. He suggested orthotics and had them made for me. When they arrived, the orthotic cut into my arch. He told me to wear them and see if it got better. It didn’t and from just trying them, I developed a sore on my arch. When I returned to see the doctor, he told me to go to a store in Kennewick to get over the counter orthotics. No refund and the lack of care was a big shock!
Fast, efficient and friendly all the time every time. We appreciate it ! Thank you .
