I ordered the blue & white Calming Comfort Bouquet in blue vase as a sympathy arrangement. My mother received a colorful yellow/orange/red Fall arrangement, while the flowers were beautiful, it’s not at all what I ordered! I called the shop to discuss and the lady was rude, non caring, non apologetic and rudely offered to go pick it up and take the correct arrangement but said she did not have the flowers in the arrangement and could replace them with other flowers.
