When the car I was calling about sold early the next morning, they did not pressure me to choose a replacement, but did offer to call if they found another of that particular style.

First information I got from the dealer was a sheet with the price, doc/license fees and the tax for a total out the door price. No BS Also included were estimated monthly payments based on money down and length of loan. Very professional. Purchased the car a week after first contact.
