honestly i was a little nervous bringing my cat in cause she hates car rides but the vet here was so patient and gentle with her. they took their time explaining everything going on with her health which i really appreciated. the place was clean and the front desk lady was super sweet too. my cat actually seemed calm when we left which never happens. ill definitely be bringing her back here for future checkups.
I took my dog in because she was suddenly unable to use her back legs. The front staff was friendly over the phone and got us in same day. The veterinarian was kind and upfront about our options. They did not try to pressure us or make us feel bad about our decisions. The assistant that worked with us was very friendly and kind as well. They called to check on us the next day and as our girl was getting worse , our only option was to let her go.
