Absolutely scam artist!!! Avoid! Charged me truck surcharge? $40 Overtime? They were not even there 6 hours $144 an hour I am taking this to court!!! Highway robbery. This is not how people should do business! !!
They over charged me for a fairly easy job. There was one guy here for 5 hours and they charged $800. The going rate for a contractor is usually no more than $80 per hour.
This company bid on our basement remodel and we agreed on what they were going to do for a certain amount. When they came to do the job, they brought a contract that appeared to contain everything we had talked about. Well they just about finished and then informed us that their price didn't include hooking up the pipes to anything! It would be an additional 500$ if we wanted things to actually work. We had to go with a different plumber to finish the job.
