We have used Carlson Bros. on two occasions: first time to repair a roof damaged by a fallen tree. Seemed repair went well.Second time in 2021 to change our 30 year old roof. The job was well done. However the hassle to contact them is way greater than the job. It feels that there is no coordination in their office. While we're living in the same house for over 20 some years, we've been fixing or replacing something here and there. Among all kinds of contractors, this Carlson Brothers roofer has been the best. My roof was done over 10 years ago and it was my second time roofing on the same house for us. I didn't know how to leave comment at the time so I didn't leave it.
