I can't say enough positive things about Carlson Auto! They truly WANT to help and they make you feel like you've been going to hem for years! I've stopped going to the dealerships and continued to go to Carlson Auto for auto needs! I haven't received such great customer service in YEARS! THANK YOU!!!
My first experience with Carlson. Had my old Miata towed for overheating and loss of coolant. They diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. Mark the service advisor clearly explained the problem. Steve the owner and Mark are super nice and professional. I'll be bringing my other autos there for service.
These guys are the absolute best! I've been going to Carlson for about 10 years and have been nothing but 100% satisfied with the work done every single time. They are HONEST, KIND, and TRUSTWORTHY! I recommend them to my girlfriends all the time when any of them have issues with their cars or just for routine oil changes. I'm a customer of theirs for life!
Well, I can't say enough about how wonderful Mark and Steve have been to us. My friend and I just returned from a trip of more than 5,000 miles. We began hearing a noise from the AC, so we thought. My old Caravan and I have been traveling together for a long time. It has been pretty reliable. While we ate at Denny's, next door, Mark and Steve found that it was a problem with the flywheel! The car I just bought from a dealership turned off while on 94, I got it started, got off the highway and saw Carlson autos. I pulled up there, they took a look at my car, figured out the problem, gave me great advice and even talked on the phone with the car dealership making sure they would take care of what needed to be done. Very disappointed. I have an old car with over 200,000 miles. I don't expect it to be in perfect condition and not everything is worth getting fixed at this point. I tried asking what "needs" to be done and he threw the papers on the floor and said you don't HAVE to fix anything. Very rude. Never going back.
