Had a long piece of wire in my front tire so I decided to call Carlson. Told them what the problem was and if they could get me in, sure they said with no hesitation. The tech took it right away and fixed it right away. The nice thing was that they didn't charge me. In a world that everybody's time is money, it was nice that a company considered the customer not the bottom line. Thank you.
