Cal is living the retired life after passing on the mortar and pestle to father and son pharmacists Jim and Adam Morisoli.

I pre-paid for a special order of a stock item (Neosporin ointment), which I was told that it would be there the next day, but it took two day to arrive, so on the second day I founsd the product (sheaper too!) at another pharmacy. When I asked for a refund they would only give me money back for half the order. I was willing to take a store credit, or pay a re-stocking fee, but they were not willing to be flexible, and the pharmacict just kept shaking his head, "no", which I thought was rude.
