Sharp's customer service is outstanding in my book. Their urgent care is no exception. Although it can be quite swamped in here sometimes, the staff on duty always acknowledge you and go out of their way to be helpful during check-in and answer any and all questions. The doctors and nurses spend enough time with you to be thorough and answer questions also. I live more than a few miles away from this facility but drive here for my urgent care needs (thankfully, those are not frequent).
