Chuck Rogers is the kind of realtor that checks up on your family years after he helped buy or sell your home. He truly cares about his clients. We bought our first home from him 24 years ago and our 2nd home 14 years ago, and he still checks in to see how we are doing. He is both professional, highly knowledgeable, and works hard to ensure his clients have the best transaction possible. Chuck is a long time North County resident and knows our coastal community like no other. I highly recommend him to be your next realtor.
I cannot give more than 5 stars but if I could I would. Chuck represented my husband and myself in the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. He kept us informed during both transactions. He was professional and knowledgeable in all aspects. He negotiated for us good prices on the termite work we were required to do on the sale of our property. He negotiated for us on the purchase of our new home, getting the seller to pay for a lot of unexpected expenses. Over all I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Chuck Rogers was instrumental in the sale of our home in Vista. He provided tips on 'staging' our home for visits by prospective buyers. Chuck guided us through all the steps in the sale of our home, a process we had not been through in decades. There was no hassle at anytime and everything went extremely smooth.
