Wow, I wish all pharmacies were like this! I always have a wonderful experience picking up medications from Dr. Duong. This pharmacy is a bit out of my way, but it is worth the extra drive time because of the excellent service received. I’m able to ask questions about meds without feeling rushed (i.e. how I feel at ‘chain’ pharmacies like cvs)! Great personal service! No lines, helpful pharmacist, and timely refills. When I needed extra medication for a long trip out of the country, he worked with my insurance and doctors to get me the meds I needed for the vacation. Highly recommend to all my friends.
This pharmacy is exceptional! Without me even asking, they checked the price of my medication and let me know that if I had the doctor change my prescription to tablets instead of capsules I would save $100!! So I had my doctor switch the prescription and saved so much money! Also…every time I called, they answered the phone right away! I’m used being put on hold forever…if I actually want speak to a person. They’re really nice and try to do what’s best for you! I’ve never been to a pharmacy like this before!
