it was really choppy with the jet skis and couple boats to be able to paddle board.But other wise my kids and hubby loved it!
It was a pretty good experience and had alot of fun with the wife, my compa Steve Torres and my comadre Tina......can't wait to go again.
Brought my own SUP to paddle around the lagoon. Maybe it's just me but I think charging you $10 to launch off their beach and $9 for a daily use permit is ridiculous. $20 bucks, and I brought my own stuff. Will be getting a yearly permit from City of Carlsbad.
Colin was our boat driver and wake board instructor and he was great. Super patient and great attitude.
