Absolutely great imaging center! I felt comfortable and taken care of the whole time. The drs and technicians were very friendly, helpful, and polite! The 3 stars (changed later to 4 stars) is due to the dated in the way they handle their results. I had an ultrasound on Thursday afternoon and was anxiously awaiting their call. They called me at 4:51 pm of Friday to come collect my results IN PERSON. Obviously, I cannot teleport so the call was more of a tease and a general letdown. I’ve been meaning to write a review about how welcoming, professional and kind everyone is at Carlsbad Imaging Center. The front office is welcoming, friendly and excellent. My technicians, Marcella and Randy not only made my entire experience comfortable, explaining every step of my MRI, but were so kind and charming. It’s hurts and hard for me to do procedures as I have chronic pain which has confined me to a wheelchair. It’s so lovely to be treated like a person and cared for so beautifully. I have been using this place for years, I do not know whay it took me so long to praise them and leave them a 5 star review. The front staff is realy nice, don't forget they have a lot of rules and regulations thye have to follow. People in the back are very knowledgable and good at twhat they do. The radiologist is the nicest woman, a person with compassion and empathy. I hope we had more people like her in this world.
Service was great had no issues at the moment paying a copay. However front desk person mentioned a bill would be issue. Please be aware of the aggressive manner the request your payment a 30% fee would be added if past due for 90 days. Be aware you you are the type of person who does not check your mail.
