Omg I went there today 06/26. Been coming for 14 years. Had Marcela and Kamala for a open MRI. They saw I had a disability before I could tell them and were very kind and patient with me. Assisted me when needed I have high anxiety. Awesome Teamwork. The contrast was put in by Marcela did not feel a thing. I worked as a Hospital operator for many years we did not have a MRI..I would let them know where I go. Must have given over 100 referrals. Nice to know that they were in good hands. ADA VIOLATION We called in advance to explain I was disabled and would be coming on a gurney to transfer for scan. I am still upset that Stephanie made a rude comment that everyone else walks in. I know many medical businesses resent disabled patients as it may take a few extra minutes. Is there some reason you cannot educate your employees? Co they need to be taught manners my kids learned in preschool?
This complaint is about their other business, Imperial Radiology, who never answer their phone, and never return phone calls. I am trying to get a scan done that my doctor has scheduled me for, however, there is apparently no employees willing to do their job. Sad!
Absolutely great imaging center! I felt comfortable and taken care of the whole time. The drs and technicians were very friendly, helpful, and polite! The 3 stars (changed later to 4 stars) is due to the dated in the way they handle their results. I had an ultrasound on Thursday afternoon and was anxiously awaiting their call. They called me at 4:51 pm of Friday to come collect my results IN PERSON. Obviously, I cannot teleport so the call was more of a tease and a general letdown.
