Kolten is a true gentleman, and very helpful. He hunted down the correct filter for our unit and installed. I will definitely be calling on Carlsbad Heating & Cooling from now on!
They came right away to check my heating and cooling unit. I highly recommend using them for new installs and repairs! Very friendly and even gave our dog a treat!
Would give zero stars if I could. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional not the way to run a business or speak to customers. Call the BEST and most FRIENDLY air conditioning company in Carlsbad CARTERS AC!
