The team showed up on time and got straight to work. They were replacing my 20 year old heating and cooling unit on my roof. Hours later the job was done. They tested everything and let me know they did not like the gas output/pressure so they were going to order a part and get it installed once it arrived. I am so pleased with the employees at Carlsbad Heating and Cooling. My AC went out last night. I called and Koltin was assigned to my case. He is such a polite young man. He got up there, found the job quickly and is going to get me estimates on my unit (which is 25 years old at least). He went above and beyond.
