Dr. Lieberman is the best ! I absolutely recommend him . Bed side manner, the ability to make you feel calm and comfortable and it’s actually the very 1st time the shots that I get in my feet didn’t hurt !! I honestly thought he was joking when he said “ ok , all finished “ If you’re in need of the best pediatrist ever … you found him . Lucky you

My appointment was scheduled at 3:45. At 3:46 when I was parked at the parking lot, the office called and said they would have to reschedule. I was told that the doctor had two other appointments, one at 4:00 and one at 4:30. So you were planning to see a new patient for just 15 minutes? I told the receptionist on the phone that I drove all the way from Carlsbad and had to arrange child care for a newborn in order to make the trip. The service was adequate but I was sent bills repeatedly after payment. I talked to the billing dept 2x and sent in my bank statement showing payment 2x. Today, over 5 months after payment posted, I received a debt collection notice from a debt collector saying I had not paid the bill. The customer service in the billing dept is horrible at Carlsbad Encinitas Podiatry and I strongly recommend not using this office if you value your time. My experience with C-E Podiatry, and with Dr. Lieberman in particular, has been the best I could have hoped for. He knew right away what the problem was, why it developed and what to do about it. He explained it all very clearly; I suspect he's one of those doctors (there aren't nearly enough of them) who always keep in mind that they're the ones with the knowledge and experience, and we're not -- we're just the ones with the physical problem, the pain and the case of nerves.
