I have had several cars repaired here. Most recently my kids were rear-ended by a drunk driver. They were great about getting me in and getting me set up (through my insurance) with a rental car. The repairs were done within a very reasonable time and they look great. The communication was non-existent. As I had a rental car and they were done well within the allotted time, this didn't bother me much...except when I needed gas for the rental and didn't want to overfill. CCC did a great job Repairing my car. They worked closely with my insurance company, Geico. My car was fixed within three days and the rental car I had was great. I would use them again.
Awesome Customer service, really friendly and professional staff
The staff are exceedingly helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the process goes smoothly for repairing your car and helping with insurance. In fact, there was an issue with the mechanical repair and the Carlsbad Collision Guarantee is a real thing! No further costs and reasonable time for repair. I also appreciate that Geico used them, in that their location is closer to where I live. So overall, A+ for Robin, Flo and everyone else who helped me.
My car was there for two weeks was told four times my car was ready and each time it was delayed . I finally get my car and it still broken. Horrible horrible service will never recommend
