Updated Review: Do not move here! I lived here for almost 4 years and was a great tenant. My prior review was from prior management with Teresa as manager and this property was an enjoyable place. Teresa left in 2022 and the place has gone down hill since. I had to move out of property due to uninhabitable conditions, mold and bad plumbing. My kitchen plumbing was the main line for the building and would clog with food debris from neighbors frequently. I had termites in space 30 for three years in a row. I had to move out while they heated room up to 179 degrees to try to kill them since chemicals were not working they kept my security deposit for no reason . The place was kept immaculate. All good reviews were when Thresa managed placed . New company in and they don’t respond to requests to return my deposit .
I have been trying to reach out to schedule a tour: phone is disconnected, email address does not work, and leasing office was closed during office hours?!
The living experience at Carlsbad Coast was great. The location is fantastic and the maintenance tech Martin is probably the nicest person you will ever meet. Upon move out the way I was treated by the front office of Carlsbad Coast and Wonder Dog Management needs to be mentioned. Six days after my lease ended I received my move out charges from Daniel.
