RecommendedCarl was responsive to my inquiry. Carl came out evaluated my situation in the crawlspace. Put down some poison since he didn't see anything there. He believed it was a mouse and not a squirrel.Took some pictures for me since I could not get up there. He is especially reasonably priced. Finally, Carl gave me a referral just to make sure it was not a bat. I would highly recommend Carl.
I noticed we had a hole in our attic vent that did not look like normal wear & tear (definitely looked like something had chewed it's way into our attic). We called a handyman to come fix the hole and he would not even go up there until we called someone to take care of the critter that was making his home up in our attic. I reached out to Carl on New Year's Eve and he offered to come right away! Not only did he take care of our visitor, he also patched the hole for us until we can have the vent replaced. I want to thank Carl for his amazing service. I called Carl for my mom Janice and within a day he was at her house. She was afraid after hearing noises in her attic. He showed genuine concern and thoroughly checked all areas of her home. He set traps and returned to check them a few days later. Carl caught the squirrel and removed it with care.
