Carl is very friendly and helpful. He answers your questions quickly and thoroughly so you understand everything. Since the storage units were brand new when I stored a family member's belongings everything was clean and very nice. I was very impressed. I live in San Diego, Ca and when I had to call him he always got back to me promptly. I very highly recommend this company for your storage needs.
