Had a great experience renting here. Needed 2 units for all month while we moved north from Snohomish County. Received great communication from Carl. I would recommend this place without hesitation.
Carl is absolutely the best! I needed help with my gate code (on Christmas, no less)and when I called the customer service #, Carl himself answered the phone. He then provided excellent customer service, quickly resolved my issue, and was incredibly helpful. Truly above and beyond
Carl is very friendly and helpful. He answers your questions quickly and thoroughly so you understand everything. Since the storage units were brand new when I stored a family member's belongings everything was clean and very nice. I was very impressed. I live in San Diego, Ca and when I had to call him he always got back to me promptly. I very highly recommend this company for your storage needs.
