Always wrong on order and take forever to hand your order
Stopped here while passing through shopping in area. Good food and service but on our way out we saw this roach at register line and when I tried to tell an employee they asked me to wait. Got grossed out and left.
I love Carl's Jr's breakfast sausage, cheese and egg biscuit, but these last two times we ordered by the app and picked the food up. I was really disappointed both times, my breakfast biscuit was hard and it wasn't good at all. I thought maybe because breakfast was going to end soon, but it happened again. Now I have to find another Carl's Jr to get my breakfast biscuit.
I'd like to share my experience with one of the Sierra Lakes employees, Nicole. She's absolutely amazing in all aspects of her job. She's a cashier but performs every other duty short of actually cooking the food. She keeps the restaurant functioning efficiently, is very responsive to her guests, cleans both the interior and exterior of the store.
