111* in Arizona today, Manager at Carl’s Jr denies water to students! Our son stopped into the 24th st and Washington location on his way home from ballet, asked to fill up his water bottle, He was told no. He then asked for a courtesy cup, and was denied again and told to leave. We have often stopped at this location and purchased many a late night meal, as it is conveniently located. We would meet our son there to pick him up, and then grab dinner at the same time. We will no longer be doing this. These students are custom... read more

This is the worst location ever. The day people ALWAYS get my order wrong, a few nights ago the point of sale system was down and tonight the grill is broke . On more than one occasion we've had to wait more than 30 minutes to get cold food. The only reason we come here is because of the location and hours, but NEVER again.

This is the Worst Carl's Jr !!! Don't go here took 25 min to get my order and the fries were cold and the bread on my hamburger was Hard you could knock on it ! Got my money back from rude employee that was acting like it was my fault ! They should pay me for my time ! Again don't go here always Bad every time .

Drive thru take almost 30 min with myself and another car.. wtf. For real to much time is called fast food for a reason...
