I called well over month ago for Estimate for repair to my gate Michael came to give me a Estimate said have to get back to me has to talk to the installer first never got back to me I email him 2 times Finally gets back to me after a week emails to him he said was busy what to come over to talk to me about what they can do to repair the gate Thursday or Friday I said ok Either day is good last I heard from him that was over a month ago.not Reliable at all and not to be able to give me a Estimate when he 1st came maybe he sh... read more
RecommendedI have to say few places have impressed me this much.. a few years ago I purchased a fence from Carl's and was very satisfied. A year later I decided to extend the fence with another section with an arched gateway. It came out wonderful. The reason for this post is more about issues that arise after purchase.. had issues with the gate hinge and was instantly taken care of. Bravo for standing by your product
