WE RECENTLY HAD OUR LAWN TRACTOR SERVICED HERE. THEY PICKED IT UP 6/6/24 AND SAID IT WAS A 4 WEEK WAIT FOR SERVICE. AFTER 6 WEEKS I CALLED AND THEY SAID I WAS NEXT! AFTER 8 WEEKS THEY SAID THAT THE WRONG PARTS WERE SENT, AND THEY HAD TO ORDER NEW ONES! THEY NEVER CALLED US FOR AN UPDATE, AND NEVER GAVE US A DISCOUNT FOR NOT HAVING A MOWER FOR 11 WEEKS! WE BORROWED A NEIGHBORS MOWER FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER! UNBELIEVABLE! WE BOUGHT THIS LAWN TRACTOR FROM CARLS BUT WE WILL NEVER BE BACK! TO TOP IT OFF THE PRICE WAS OUTRAGEOUS
Very helpful folks. If they don't have it in stock they are quick to order it for you.
Had our equipment for more than 2 weeks without even looking at it Than they call (after we called numerous times to see what the status was) to tell you they are not worth fixing Then charge us a bench fee of $60 each piece before releasing unfixed equipment We have been in business for more than 50 years Will not be using them again and will inform our friends in the business Poor Customer service Lost commercial account
