RecommendedI was very happy with Carls service. They did what they said they would! Todd and Dave were very nice!
Extremely rude, unreliable, no communication, took almost 2 months to get a part for a covered repair. It’s a good thing I went another route, we would’ve been without a freezer for that whole time.
Terrible. Lowes extended plan went thru them to fix dishwasher. Came out and did some tests, parts to be ordered. That was the first week of January. I followed up over next weeks, months, 4 times to be told all the parts were not in. I contacted Lowes to explain the situation. They thought issue was closed because Carls TV had already billed them for time and control panel. Not cool. Not a single part was ever installed. Here we sit with a faulty diswasher in late March. Not good business.
