When a customer places an order and you communicate with the representative from the company and go to pick up a cake and nothing is there...not a good result. I am just glad I had ordered other dessert options. This has not been a good experience.
The cake is always superb, and working with Carl’s during the wedding planning process was so, SO easy. The staff are very relaxed, helpful, reliable, and do an excellent job with decoration.
My cake not only tasted amazing but was GORGEOUS! The staff worked with me to design something that looked beautiful. My favorite place to get desserts!

I found this shop this past summer when I was looking for a unique cake for my daughters 8th birthday. My son recently turned 16 and I wanted to do something special for him as well. The Market St Diner where Carl’s cakes is located is about a 45 min drive one way from where we live. We make the trip because I know the quality and detail are worth it. You are crazy if you don't go with Carl's!!! We hired Carl's for our wedding and everything was so yummy, beautiful and amazing!!! The frosting is to die for! Very easy to work with and I was able to give Kayla pictures and they made it happen. I love that we can go back on our 1 year wedding anniversary and get a complimentary anniversary cake. Plus they even added glitter to our cupcakes. Thanks Carl's!
