Vehicle was double KBB value for excellent condition, car was not in excellent condition he bribes for word of mouth good reviews advertising, when asked about transmission warranty he refused to honor it have a sob story about spending money. When his transmission guy he claimed he used, lamar, kept the vehicle 3 weeks did nothing but make the vehicle immobile! Ruined credit on a vehicle that is trash! Do not recommend

I searched the entire tri cities and even outside the area for the best price for the make of SUV I wanted. I couldn't find a better price with the condition that Carl's auto had. Not only did he have the best vehicle, I couldn't ask for better service. Let me start by saying Carl & Justin's level of respect and honesty is really high up there. One thing that stuck out to me during this whole process is they do not pressure you to buy something you really can't afford, like some (or most) dealerships will do. There was absolutely no sales talk which also stuck out to me. They explain everything to you until it makes sense and answer all of your questions without hesitation.
