I came through the drive-through with a coupon for buy any hand breaded chicken sandwich get one free I purchase it I get home and I've only got one sandwich and it's a high dollar sandwich to begin with and I tried to call the phone number and it just rings and rings and then goes into a tone like it's a fax machine

It was pleasantly enjoyable and I like the emplyees..they seem to be doing the best they can at that moment very focused an great food..I love the original thick burger with bacon
Well there rules have changed. I went in the restaurant i had to use the restroom. They said no order first. I had to go bad. I said no ive got to use restroom. I left.
The food is well made and very Tasty here. It is my favorite Carl's near me (there are three). They are the fastest drive-thru as well. Too bad it closes at midnight. I arrived after midnight and had to go to the one on McKinley and Blackstone to get my Carl's fix (they are open til 1am, but drive thru took a long time, altho I was the only customer.)
Dirty. I used to love CJs but cannot eat at any in Stockton any more. I have tried 3 different CJs in town and all times my sides were inedible and thrown away. I have tried, in the past, to resolve the issue but got no where at the store level so finally contacted the parent company, Hardy's. I was advised that someone in management of the franchise I visited would contact me regarding the issue but a call never came. I came here for the first time over 5 years ago...ordered and paid for one over their combo burgers to go. When I got home I had a burger and dry bun...called to complain and all they would do is tell me that I must have ordered it that way because they wouldn't have made it like that unless I requested it. Didn't go back for over a year...tried them again and was overcharged for what I ordered. Once again our to-go order was incorrect. We ordered 2 #18's and asked that they be supersized and even said large fries and large drinks. It took almost 30 minutes to get our order with only two cars in front of us. Because the orders come in a box that is not easily opened in the car we didn't realize until we got home that we got 2 regular #18's but were charged for the super size. The woman who filled the order works there 6 days a week so I'm sure she knew the difference between a regular #18 and a super size #18. No ma... read more
