Customer service was mediocre at best! Took forever for my agent to return my calls(even though I was trying to complete a purchase). Calls were returned after 2 days of calling and leaving messages. To top it all off the icing on the cake is that I spent $20,000 cash on a vehicle that I'm most positive this company knew was "No good". I've had it for 3 months and have already spent over $2000 in repairs and the check engine light is still on. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!
People who work there specially financial department selling the warranty they lying a lot, the warranty I bought from them for my BMW dose not cover pure much anything but they told me it covers everything , only don’t cover (rooters, brakes and tires) ! Be careful what you guys buying don’t believe them and recheck many times before purchase anything!!!
We have had more problems with my husband’s truck than any other vehicle. Paid $4,000 up front for a warranty that will not cover anything, and they are refusing to answer any phone calls or emails. Must be out of business.
Reading through the one star reviews- it’s like being there and going through the same process. They are well trained in presenting a product and then taking you for the ride of a lifetime.
To all my friends and family that I’ve contacted on Facebook Marketplace, I am no longer buying cars for HoneyCar Tampa. From the time I started on 1/29/24 I contacted no less than 300 people using my personal Facebook account to purchase their vehicles on Marketplace. Several of you have contacted me stating the balance on your payoff has not been paid, are missing documents with signatures and or have still not received a refund for CASH overpayments made in store.
