What a dishonest general manager We purchased our Tesla on May 2, 2022 85 Auto Center Drive at Pomona. The car was not ready and prep yet. It was actually dead and it was cover with dust. Inside the vehicle, the carpets where extremely dirty (they were gray instead of white). We took the car anyways with a written promised to "fully detail" our vehicle at our convenience. I will never purchase or sell a car through CarLotz again. Our salesman scammed my husband and I on insurance. We asked him the question many times about whether insurance was covered up to a certain mileage, or additional mileage and he kept reassuring us additional, therefore a longer period of time. We did our best to read the fine print, but there are obviously many pages with smaller than size 8 font that you sign. We eventually learned that the saleman had lied to us, and were our over $2000.
