Came for SF restaurant week and was disappointed to learn after we were seated that most of the brunch menu was “unavailable”. Only the salad was the option for the starter, no other drinks aside from the mimosa, and the dessert was not available so we had to choose between a sorbet or sundae from the dinner menu. The server was inattentive for the most part and watching the football game on the TV, even though we were one of two tables seated. The only good part was the smoked salmon Benedict, which was acceptable.

My friend and I stayed in the hotel and made a reservation for 5:30PM on a Saturday. When we arrived there was no one there, no waiter or bartender! Online it says it was open, all of the signage in the hotel said it was open. Very odd, so we had to find another place to go. Disappointed in our experience.

We made a reservation for 5:30 before our Masonic show, since it's close. We picked this place for the vibe and reviews displayed here on Google. However, the experience was far beyond our expectations. The server, Shashank M, was genuine, kind, and generous. The food was delicate, beautiful, and conceptual. The drinks were balanced, gorgeous, and smooth.
