This is the best facility! I get bad anxiety when it comes to checkups/ultra sound checks etc but NOT HERE. Ms Amy always helps me understand what has to be done step by step, and comforts me when I start to have anxiety. Hannah (ultra sound professional) is also the best! Ultrasounds aren’t fun but she also walks me through what is about to happen and helps me feel as comfortable as possible. This entire facility have the best bedside manners. Wonderful, attentive, and caring doctor. Long wait to be called back to be seen but went fairly fast after getting in a room. Doctor Amy Carlota listened and explained procedures to me.
He assured me a birth control was safe for breast feeding when it was not which lead to an ER trip and having to stop breast feeding in the middle of the formula shortage. Never answered the phone or returned calls. Will NEVER go back or recommend.
They used to be Friendly, listen, and do their job well, as if you were their own family. Now they don’t return phone calls it’s almost impossible to set appointments. Then we got a text and email saying my daughter had an appointment after the 24 hours prior to the appointment. We tried calling but no answer. So in order to avoid a missed appointment charge she managed to get a few hours off work to go to this appointment. But oh guess what she didn’t have an appointment. ???? We are so done.
