Dr. Brown and his Staff were very professional, capable clinicians and informative, caring individuals. Dr. Brown communicated his diagnosis and treatment plans effectively and the procedure was successful.
I was referred to Dr. Brown in 2025 for cysts on my pancreas. I have an HMO and had to receive prior authorization AND get a GAP exception to see this man. In his office, I’m in tears, because I have 3 giant cysts on an internal organ, and he said (THIS IS A DIRECT QUOTE) “how do you want me to help you today?”. Dr. Brown, I was referred to you by not only my general surgeon and my PCP to remove the cysts from my pancreas. I get that you may have been unable or unwilling to do the surgery, but say that. Overall good experience as I feel well today After Oh all umbilical hernia repair surgery. You should know, however, that my throat feels really quite poor and that is on the anesthesiologist and the tube put down my throat. I feel like they could’ve done a better job at this. I also feel that the doctor or associate should have stopped by in the recovery room to provide post surgical comments.
