Always dependable and reliable.
Had Carlos come over to scope the job out and give me a quote. Seemed very personable and I favored him since he was Portuguese like me. Pretty much thought I had him locked in so I didn't meet with anyone else. He promised he would be by in one week. He didn't show up. I called him several times and left messages, which he didn't return. I would have been fine if he just told me he couldn't do the job. But ghosting someone is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone not to hire him
