This has been, without question, the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. This clinic is an absolute joke. I have been forced to wait over two to three hours on multiple occasions despite having a scheduled appointment. If this is how they operate, they should be honest and stop pretending appointments mean anything. It is incredibly disrespectful to patients’ time, and it shows a complete lack of professionalism and organization. If you value your time, your health, or even basic courtesy, avoid this place at all costs.
